How do I make updates to a published PDF?

Have you published a PDF form using Web Automation with Assently? If you want update or replace the PDF form while keeping the same link you can follow these steps:

1. Go to Templates and on to the template that contains the form you want to update. 
2. Choose Edit template in the drop-down menu (see picture) for the template that contains the form you want to update.
3. Choose Download from the cog menu (see picture) to make to make sure you have a locally stored copy of the document before moving on to the next step.
4. Choose Remove from same cog menu.
5. Now you have an empty template and can upload the updated PDF, either by drag-and-drop or by browsing to the file. 
6. Done! 

The change is effective immediately. The link you have published on your website stays the same, as it is connected to the template, and you've only updated the document within the template.
