There are two ways of changing what shows up in the BankID-app when signing or identifying.
1. You are able to change the Displayname, i.e. the name of the company you are signing for. We will configure this for you. We need to order the Custom Displayname from BankID for it to show in their app, and this carries a yearly fee. Reach out to your contact at Assently for more information!
When a customer identifies themselves using BankID it will say "I identify myself at:(Displayname)" so the text would only be editable by changing the Displayname.
Identification via Assently is done either by using our service CoreID or Case access control. When a Custom Displayname has not been configured, it will say "I identify myself at:Assently".
2. You are also able to edit the text that shows up when signing by naming of cases and templates in Assently.
The way that it works is that the customer signs a case (which can contain one or several documents) using BankID. What shows up in the BankID app will always be the text string "you are signing x(case name)". So it will make it easier to provide the customer with clear info of what they are signing, if the name of the case or template is specific and clear. Example:"you are signing 'membership at Organisation X for Campaign Y'".
