This article applies to LiveID and the direct Swedish BankID identification flow
As of November 1st, 2023, the end-user identification flow in the Swedish BankID app have security check question that the caller needs to answer before they can identify themselves.
The caller needs to confirm that they initiate the phone call.
Instead of "Test av BankID" it will say your company name.
After confirming the caller will be able to identify themselves.
What happens if they to not confirm?
They will receive a dialog saying "Risk of fraud" and can redo the selection or cancel the identification.
