All cases that you have access to in the account are listed in the Case Archive. You find it by choosing Cases in the green bar on the top of the page.
Search the list
What you can search for
- Name of the case
- Name of the documents in cases
- Party information: name, company name, email address, national ID number and phone number.
Filter and sort the list
Choose More options to reveal the Sort options.
Now you can sort by Name of the case (A-Z or Z-A) or by Created date (Newest first or Oldest first).
You can filter the list by case status
|Cases that are...
|Created but not yet sent
|Sent but not yet signed
|Signed by all parties
|Expired (because the deadline for signature has passed)
|Rejected by a party that chose not to sign
|Part of the process, if the case is stucked here, please contact the support
|Waiting to be approved (Approval workflow)
