If you want, you can configure the default case so that you don't have to fill out your own party information each time you want to send a case from the web office.
You can either create a template, or configure the default case template so that one party is automatically filled out with the information of the current agent.
The setting is located in the drop down menu in the party section and is called Assign from Agent.
If you need to change any details of your information (spelling of your name, phone number, add additional email etc.) go to Your profile to update this.
