Attach picture of identification

In some cases you’re required to perform an identity check before you’re able to sign an agreement.

Choose Take Picture to start the identity check.

If you are using iOS or Android you can either

1. use the camera to take a picture of your identification, or
2. attach a picture of your identification that you have stored on your device.

If you are using Windows, Mac or Linux you can

Are you having trouble taking the picture or attaching the file?

• Make sure the picture is either in .JPG or .PNG format.
  
  
• Use a browser that is up to date, without plugins or extensions. We recommend Chrome or Safari. Try using a different browser if you can’t finish the identity check.
  
  
• Keep your device updated with the latest version of the OS.
