Sender for email messages sent from our customers
For mail that our customers send through Assently, such as:
- invite to sign an agreement,
- reminders,
- notifications that agreements has been signed, or forms been sent in
are sent from Firstname Lastname via Assently <no-reply@assently.com>, with the reply-to address firstname.lastname@example.com (where Firstname Lastname is the name of the agent who has created the case, or is the issuer of a template with Web Automation, and firstname.lastname@example.com is the issuers email address).
Example: Saga Lindberg via Assently <no-reply@assently.com>, with the reply-to adress saga.lindberg@example.com
Sender for email messages from Assently
For mail, such as invites to the Web Office, password reset, and other account related mails are sent from:
Assently <no-reply@assently.com>, with the same reply-to address.
Sender for emails when creating from api
When creating cases though the api it is the authenticated api agent that will be the sender of the case (createcasefromtemplate is a exception as it is possible to specify which agent should be set as creator of that case when sending the request)
