You can change the account name from account settings.
In order to change the name you will need an administrator user role.
Steps
- Click your name from the top right corner to display dropdown menu.
- Click account settings from the dropdown menu. I can't see the menu item!!
- From the dashboard click Subscription
- Change the Account name by typing a new one and refreshing the page. If the name does not change, it means that the name already exists in the system (then try adding or removing something).
I can't see the Account Settings section in the dropdown menu?
If you don't see the menu item in the dropdown menu, you might not have Administrator user role enabled and you should contact your supervisor, or email us at support@assently.com.
If you can see the menu item, but while in the dashboard you have all links greyed out. This might mean that you have Manager user role, but not Administrator user role.
