With LiveID, you can secure and verify customers' identities over the phone, regardless of which Nordic country they call from. Please read more in our general description of the service on our public website: https://assently.com/liveid/
How to use LiveID for a customer with Swedish BankID:
- In login mode, there is a LiveID button at the top of the home page. Click on it to start the service, or go directly to app.assently.com/a/liveid2
- Enter the person's social security number.
- Ask the customer to start their BankID and follow the instructions there to identify themselves
- You will receive an immediate answer as to whether the identification was successful or not.
To use LiveID for a customer with Finnish, Norwegian or Danish e-identification:
- In logged-in mode, there is a LiveID button at the top of the home page. Click on it to start the service, or go directly to app.assently.com/a/liveid2
- Enter the person's email address or mobile number, depending on how they want to receive their credentials link.
- Ask the customer to follow the link in their message / email to identify themselves.
- You will receive an immediate answer as to whether the identification was successful or not.
