I have uploaded a fillable PDF to a case but the fields are not visible and can not be edited in my form, why? 

1. Make sure you have created fillable fields in Adobe Acrobat (or any PDF editor) before uploading.

2. If you create a Document template,

- you also need to click Parties fill out form fields in the document.

If you create a Form template, this option is already pre-selected.

If you don't have the option to choose "Form template" or "Parties fill out form fields...", you probably don't have the function on your account. Please contact support@assently.com to speak to a member of our team.
