What's in the LiveID log?

Depending on your agent role, you can either see a log of the LiveID identifications that you've done, or all LiveID identifications on the account.

The following fields are logged.

  • Timestamp (CET)
  • Status
  • National ID Number
  • Name
  • eID Provider
  • Transaction ID

In the detailed log you can also see the following fields:

  • Agent name
  • Agent ID

You can export the log to a CSV file (maximum 3000 records). In case you need to export more than 3000 records you can modify the time period and do multiple exports.
