Yes. The function is called Parties follow a signing order and you find it under extras in the settings of the case. 

When the function is activated, you can create and change the signing order in the parties section of the case, where party no.1 signs first. 

To change the signing order, open the small drop down menu of the party and choose if the party should sign earlier or later.
