We have now introduced an option to save information about parties to whom cases are often sent. To avoid entering all the information about these parties every time, you can now easily retrieve it from a list, like an address book or contact list.

The function is available to all customers and all users authorized to send cases. The list of saved parties is accessed with a button on the case's editing page in E-Sign. The saved parties are personal and linked to a specific agent and cannot be shared with other agents.

You can also add a new party and save it in the list.

You do not need to fill in all the fields, but only those that are important to you.

You can choose to add one of your saved parties to the case, or add yourself.
