Where are national ID numbers shown in Assently E-Sign?

National ID numbers belonging to signing parties may be visible on the case if the user has permission to see them. This read permission can be limited, see Role Permissions.

 

Signed document & Callbacks

By default, National ID numbers are not displayed on the receipt page and are not sent in callbacks. If you want to show the National ID number on the receipt page of the signed document, or send it in callbacks, you will find the setting under Account settings> Privacy & Security.

National ID numbers can also be included in the evidence that is saved when the party signs.
